Mission & Values

Street Smartz Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth, young adults, and communities through innovative education, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Our mission is to build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and cultivate future leaders by combining forensic science, career readiness, team-building activities, and social-emotional learning through engaging, real-world experiences.

We extend beyond traditional education by providing wellness workshops, violence prevention initiatives, and community-centered programming. Through mentorship, enrichment opportunities, and meaningful community engagement, we equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to achieve lifelong success, academically, personally, and professionally.

Our Board

The members of our Board of Directors are dedicated thought leaders who bring a wealth of experience, perspective, and passion to Street Smartz Foundation. Each member contributes a unique set of skills that helps guide and strengthen our mission. Our board operates with full shared responsibility—every member holds voting rights, and all serve on a volunteer basis. No paid staff serve on the board, ensuring leadership that is fully committed to service, integrity, and community impact.
